CPSCReady is a private software tool. It is not affiliated with CPSC, CBP, Amazon, Alibaba, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or any government agency, carrier, marketplace, customs broker, or testing laboratory.

CPSCReady does not provide legal advice, compliance advice, product safety advice, or a determination that any product satisfies a legal requirement. CPSCReady does not classify tariff codes, determine whether Section 321 applies, decide whether a disclaimer filing is appropriate, or decide whether a product is covered by a CPSC rule.

Users are responsible for determining applicable requirements, confirming test results, verifying certificate accuracy, confirming CPSC rule codes and testing exclusions, and deciding whether an output is appropriate for any business, broker, carrier, marketplace, Product Registry, or regulatory use.

Outputs are generated from user-provided information. Incorrect or incomplete user input can produce incorrect or incomplete documents and draft data.

CPSCReady helps users prepare certificate drafts, Product Registry CSV draft files, broker-ready certificate details, Product Registry ID lists, broker-ready summaries, supplier/lab/broker request templates, missing-data checklists, Product ID / Version ID notes, and no-broker clarification checklists.

Self-service CPSCReady outputs do not submit data to CPSC, CBP, ACE, or any government system. Managed Product Registry setup beta, if separately agreed in writing, may involve assisting with Product Registry data entry only after importer authorization, importer review, and importer approval. CPSCReady does not file customs entries or act as a customs broker.

Packet records and uploaded files are stored in your authenticated workspace. You can delete saved drafts and uploaded files from your workspace. Do not upload records unless you are authorized to use them. Checkout is required before production packet downloads.

CPSCReady does not guarantee acceptance by CPSC, CBP, customs brokers, carriers, freight forwarders, marketplaces, testing laboratories, or any other third party.

Do not use CPSCReady outputs to misrepresent testing, certification status, product identity, importer identity, Product Registry identifiers, lab involvement, or compliance status.
